Love Your Mind worksheets

Introducing Love Your Mind worksheets. Worksheets are a big part of therapy, physically writing things down helps us mentally. We currently have a positivity worksheet, a self care checklist, a LYM word search and a morning and evening mindful journal. All worksheets are linked below and they are all free to print, I hope you or those around you find them helpful in some way.
